Rutherfordians want their neighborhoods to be vibrant environments, where people live in a mix of affordable housing, care about their neighbors, walk the streets in safety and live their lives with dignity.

The Mayor and Council strives to promote and support a borough where citizens are healthy, safe and secure, successful at learning and socially engaged and responsible.

Much planning is needed and many hands will make the job lighter.  It is our goal to build commitment and responsibility for shared action by establishing shared visions and outcomes for the neighborhood revitalization project within the Rutherford West End community.
